摘要 轻汽油醚化工艺可将催化轻汽油中的C5~C7叔碳烯烃与醇类(甲醇或乙醇)发生醚化反应生成相应的醚(TAME、TAEE等)。该工艺可有效降低催化汽油的烯烃含量,同时将全馏分催化汽油辛烷值(RON)提高1~2个单位,蒸气压降低10k Pa左右,是提高车用汽油质量的有效手段之一。该工艺还可将低价值的甲醇转化为高价值的汽油,经济效益非常显著。宁夏恒有化工科技有限公司40×104t/a轻汽油醚化装置,是采用以催化蒸馏工艺为基础的国内首套大型深度醚化装置。就该装置的主要工艺流程(包括原料预处理、主醚化反应器、催化蒸馏的结构和流程,甲醇回收系统的防腐蚀、凝结水热量回收、装置安全联锁等)进行介绍。自开工以来,装置运行平稳,活性C5和C6叔碳烯烃的平均转化率分别为96.6%和54.5%,达到或超过设计值(设计值分别为95%和50%),说明该装置所采用的轻汽油醚化工艺达到国内先进水平,工程设计是成功的。 Light gasoline etherification technology etherifies C5-C7 tertiary carbon olefins in catalytic light gasoline with alcohols(methanol or ethanol) to generate the corresponding ether(such as TAME and TAEE).The technology can effectively reduce the content of olefin in catalytic gasoline and raise the RON of full-range catalytic gasoline products by 1-2 units.It can reduce steam pressure by about 10 k Pa and is an effective ap-proach to improving the quality of motor gasoline products.In addition,the technology can convert low-value methanol to high-value gasoline and therefore has significant economic benefits.Ningxia Hengyou Chemical Technology Co.,Ltd.′ s 40 ×104t/a light gasoline etherification unit is the first large deep etherification unit primarily using catalytic steam technology in China.This article describes the main technological processes of this unit,including feedstock pretreatment,main etherification reactor,structure and process of catalytic distillation,anti-corrosion for methanol recovering system,recovery of heat in condensed water and equipment safety interlocking.Since it started operation,the unit has been working stably and the average conversion rates of active C5 and C6tertiary carbon olefins have reached 96.6% and 54.5%,equivalent to or higher than the designed values(95% and 50%).The application results suggest that the light gasoline etherification technology used by the unit is among the best in China and that the engineering design is successful.
