Effect of Ulnar Styloid Fracture Treatment Methods on the Wrist Joint Function after Distal Radius Fracture

探讨Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型尺骨茎突骨折的不同处理方式对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能的影响。回顾尺骨茎突骨折合并桡骨远端骨折48例,根据桡骨远端骨折手术同时是否进行尺骨茎突手术分为治疗组与对照组。分别研究治疗组与对照组Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型尺骨茎突骨折预后。末次随访I型尺骨茎突骨折治疗组与对照组腕关节评分、腕关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义,Ⅱ型中两组比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。I型尺骨茎突骨折处理方式对于桡骨远端骨折术后患者腕关节功能无明显影响,Ⅱ型尺骨茎突骨折手术治疗后对于桡骨远端骨折术后患者腕关节功能恢复有显著意义。

Explore the treatment method of ulna styloid fracture on the influence of the wrist joint function after surgery for distal radius fractures by comparing type I, type Ⅱ of different treat methods. The paper retrospectively reviewed the ulnar styloid fracture with distal radius fracture in 48 cases, according to whether the ulnar styloid surgery was divided into treatment group and control group. The paper respectively studied the treatment group and the control group of type I and type Ⅱ fractures of the ulna styloid process prognosis. Type I fractures of the ulna styloid process had no significant differences while the Ⅱ type had significant difference with wrist score, wrist motion of treatment group and control group at the last follow-up. Type I fractures of the ulna styloid process treatment for patients with wrist joint function after operation of distal radius fractures without obvious effect, operation for the treatment of type Ⅱ fractures of the ulna styloid process for the recovery of patients with wrist joint function after operation of distal radius fracture has the remarkable significance.
