我国临床输血合理性文献的研究结果分析

Analysis of the Results of Literature of Clinical Blood Transfusion Rationality

为了解我国临床输血的科学合理水平,本文对高度相似的40篇期刊文献摘取研究结果进行汇总分析发现:我国输血病历中,病程记录合格率为72.66%;红细胞、血浆、血小板、冷沉淀、全血的平均合理输血比例分别为72.28%、31.03%、84.86%、60.40%、58.57%;内科、外科、妇产科、儿科的平均合理输血比例分别为51.77%、32.83%、64.22%、90.12%。这些结果表明,我国的输血病历文书合格率不高,临床科学合理输血整体水平低,在不同成分之间、不同科室之间存在差异。为提高临床输血合理性,医生和患者均应作出相应努力。

The paper＇s objective is to understand the scientific and reasonable level of clinical blood transfusion in China . Meta‐analysis was used in the reasonable level of clinical blood transfusion ,and the results were extracted from the highly similar 40 journal articles .The proportion of qualified course record in blood transfusion medical records was 72 .66% . Red blood cells ,plasma ,platelets ,cold precipitation and whole blood ,their average proportion of reasonable transfusion were 72 .28% ,31 .03% ,84 .86% ,60 .40% and 58 .57% .Internal medicine ,surgery ,obstetrics and gynecology , pediatrics ,their average proportion of reasonable transfusion were 51 .77% ,32 .83% ,64 .22% and 90 .12% . These results concluded that the proportion of qualified course record in blood transfusion medical records is low in China .The scientific and reasonable overall level of clinical blood transfusion was low ,and it was different among the different blood components and the different clinical departments .Doctors and patients should make efforts to improve the rationality of clinical transfusion .
