双侧椎动脉狭窄急症介入治疗1例临床分析

Emergent Interventional Therapy for Bilateral Vertebral Artery Stenosis:a case report

探讨球囊扩张及支架置入对1例急性缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗作用。明确诊断后对左侧椎动脉行球囊扩张术,对右侧椎动脉的重度狭窄节段行球囊扩张及支架置入术。脑血管造影显示左侧椎动脉狭窄减轻,右侧椎动脉狭窄纠正,小脑后下动脉及基底动脉分支显影良好,临床症状纠正。脑血管介入治疗为有效的血管再通治疗方法。

To investigate the effect of interventional balloon dilation and stent implantation to acute ischemic stroke, brain angiography was performed to a patient suffering from acute ischernic stroke to clarify the diagnosis. Balloon dilatation was performed to the narrow line on the left vertebral artery, while both the balloon dilation and stent implantation were used to one segment of the right vertebral artery which suffered from severe stenosis. The results of cerebral angiography showed that both the stenosis and the blood flow of the left vertebral artery were improved. In addition, the righ vertebral artery stenosis was corrected. The good images of posterior inferior cerebellar artery and the branch of basilar artery were detected. The clinical symptoms of the patient were reversed. The interventional therapy was an effective treatment for cerebrovascular reperfusion. It can improve the performance of the patients if an emergent operation was implemented in the right time window.
