某高硫细粒萤石矿浮选试验研究

摘要 针对共生密切、粒度细、含杂高萤石矿的回收技术难题,对某萤石矿进行了大量的试验研究。浮选条件试验结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占85%,碳酸钠用量为2kg/t,T31用量为1.5kg/t,油酸用量为300g/t,粗精矿再磨细度为-0.038mm占94%时,萤石回收指标最好。并在此基础上进行了闭路试验,最终得到品位为97.17%,回收率为87.13%的萤石精矿,获得了较好的浮选指标。 The great amount of test research was conducted on fluorite to address the technical difficulty of recovering the closely intergrown,fine grained and high impurity bearing fluorite ore.The tests of flotation conditions show that the fluorite recovery index is the most desirable with grinding fineness of-0.074mm85%,sodium carbonate dosage 2kg/t,T31 dosage 1.5kg/t,oleic acid dosage 300g/t and rough concentrate regrinding fineness-0.038 mm 94%.Also,research tests in a closed circuit were conducted and the final fluorite concentrates with 97.17% in grade and recovery 87.13% were obtained with the good flotation index.
