摘要
90后大学生是当前高校思想政治工作的主要对象。通过对90后大学生个性特征的分析，探索新形势下思想教育工作的对策。高校辅导员应以思想交流为主体、以网络为依托，构建新型的思想教育理念。
College counselors＇ main job is ideological and political education for post-90 students. College counselors should build a new educational philosophy with a focus on idea exchange on a network basis. Through analysis of students＇ characteristics, the author presents some coping strategies.
