摘要
癌热是指癌症患者出现的直接与恶性肿瘤相关的非感染性发热,肝癌患者约10%会出现癌热;"阴火"是李杲《脾胃论》中提出的关于内伤发热的概念。现代医学针对癌热处理简单,缺乏有效手段,本文根据探讨癌热与"阴火"的病因病机及临床表现,认为临床可运用"甘温除热"理论治疗癌热,为临床治疗肝癌发热提供依据。
Cancerous fever refers to cancer patients directly associated with malignant tumor of non-infectious fever. Liver cancer patients about 10% will be hot. ＂ Yin fire＂ is a concept of fever that LI Gao of internal injuries put forward ＂ the theory of spleen and stom-ach＂. Modern medicine for cancer treatment is simple, the lack of effective means, in this paper, based on carcinoma of the fever and the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of ＂ Yin fire＂, think clinical, ＂ Gan Wen except hot＂ theory can be applied to heat treatment for cancer, to provide basis for clinical treatment of liver cancer fever.
