化浊通络颗粒治疗血管神经性头痛68例

Clinic Observation on Angioneurotic Headache Treated by Huazhuo Tongluo Particles for 68 Cases

目的观察化浊通络颗粒治疗血管神经性头痛痰浊阻络型的临床疗效。方法将136例血管神经性头痛患者随机分为两组。对照组68例给予正天丸治疗,治疗组68例给予化浊通络颗粒治疗,均连续用药3个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率97.06%,对照组总有效率77.94%,两组疗效比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论化浊通络颗粒对血管神经性头痛痰浊阻络型有较好的治疗作用。

Objective Clinic effect of Huazhuo Tongluo Particles was observed for treating Angioneurotic headache and phlegm turbidity obstructing collateral. Methods 136 Angioneurotic headache patients were divided into two groups. Check group of 68 cases were treated by Zhengtian pill. Clinic group of 68 cases were treated by Huazhuo Tongluo Particles. Both of the two group used drugs continually for 3courses. Results Total effective rate of clinic group was 97.06% and that of check group was 77.94%. The difference of the effective rate between the two groups was significant（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Huazhuo Tongluo Particles has better therapeutical effect for Angioneurotic headache and phlegm turbidity obstructing collateral.
