益胃健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎20例

Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated by Yiwei Jianpi Tang for 20 Cases

目的观察慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者采取益胃健脾汤治疗的临床效果。方法将我院2012年1月至2014年8月接诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者40例作为研究对象,随机均分为研究组与对照组,各20例。对照组采取吗丁啉、乳酶生治疗,而研究组在对照组基础上加用益胃健脾汤治疗。观察记录两组患者临床疗效与不良反应情况,并对比分析。结果两组患者治疗后,研究组总有效率为90.00%(18/20),对照组则为75.00%(15/20),研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组发生不良反应2例,发生率为10.00%,而对照组则发生6例,发生率为30.00%,研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采取益胃健脾汤治疗可以取得比较良好的效果,疗效确切,而且不良反应少,安全性高,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect to take Yiwei Jianpi Tang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG） patients.Methods Selected 40 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis as the research object, randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group took domperidone, lactasintreatment, while the study group took Yiwei Jianpi Tang on the basis of the control group.Recorded and analyzed adverse reaction and the clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was90%（18/20）, the control group was 75%（15/20）, the study group was significantly better than the control group（ P0.05）; the study group adverse reactions occurred in 2 cases, the incidence rate was 10 %, while the control group had 6 cases, the incidence was 30%, the incidence of adverse reaction of study group was lower than the control group（ P0.05）. Conclusion The Yiwei Jianpi Tang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has good effect with less adverse reaction and high security.
