中西医结合治疗对维持性血液透析患者并发症146例

Clinical Treatment of Complications for Maintenance Hemodialysis by Integrative Medicine for 146 Cases

目的探讨中西医结合对维持性血液透析患者并发症临床治疗体会,从而有效提高患者存活率。方法对我院2012年4月至2013年4月收治的292例维持性血液透析患者及资料进行回顾性分析,并对其进行随机分组,分别为治疗组和对照组,每组患者各有146例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,治疗组在采用常规治疗的同时加入中药治疗。对两组患者并发症的发生率进行比较。结果维持性血液透析患者常见的并发症有低血压、感染、高血压、肌肉痉挛、心脏扩大、心律不齐、恶心呕吐、空气栓塞、心力衰竭以及皮肤瘙痒等。经过临床治疗,治疗组患者并发症发生率为52.7%,对照组患者并发症发生率为88.9%,与对照组相比治疗组患者并发症发生率有明显降低,组间比较差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗对维持性血液透析患者可以有效降低并发症的发生率,在临床上有显著效果。

Objective To study the complications in patients with main tenance hemodialysis clinical traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, thus effectively improve the patients survival rate. Methods In our hospital between April 2012 and April 2013 were292 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients and the data were analyzed retrospectively, and carries on the random group-ing, treatment group and control group, respectively, 146 cases in each group of patients. The control group were treated by routine thera-py, the treatment group in the conventional treatment with TCM treatment at the same time. The incidence of complications in patients with two groups were compared. Results the patients with maintenance hemodialysis as common complications include hypotension, infec-tion, high blood pressure, muscle spasms, cardiomegaly, arrhythmia, nausea, vomiting, air embolism, heart failure, and itchy skin. After clinical treatment. The complication rate of the treatment group patients was 52.7 %, the incidence of complications was 88.9% in the control group patients, the treatment group compared with control group patients complications have significantly lower, more significant dif-ference between groups with statistical significance（ P0.05）. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of maintenance dialysis patients blood can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, clinically significant effect.
