摘要
目的探讨健康教育在高龄孕妇中的应用价值。方法选取我院2010年1月—2013年12月300例高龄产妇,随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组予以常规护理措施,研究组产妇在此基础上实施健康教育,分析对比两组孕妇分娩情况。结果研究组剖宫产率明显低于对照组,产后并发症发生减少,总产程缩短,均存在显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够减少高龄孕妇剖宫产率,产后并发症发生率降低,总产程缩短,临床推广应用价值高。
Objective To study the value of health education of older women. Methods Selection from January 2010-December 2013 300 cases of advanced maternal age were randomly divided into research group and the control group, control group routine nursing measures,the team on the basis of the implementation of maternal health education, analyzed two groups of pregnant women delivery situation.Results The team cesarean delivery rate is significantly lower than the control group, and postpartum complications, shorten the total labor, there were significant statistical significance（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Health education can reduce the older pregnant women cesarean delivery rate, reduce the incidence of postpartum complications, shorten the total labor, high clinical application value.
