摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在中医护理本科生临床小讲课中的应用效果。方法选取2011年广州中医药大学本科实习同学60名,随机分成实验组和对照组,在临床小讲课过程中分别实施PBL教学法和传统教学法,在实习结束前对学生综合技能考核成绩及评判性思维能力进行统计分析。结果 PBL教学组(实验组)的学生在综合考试成绩及评判性思维能力方面均优于传统组学生(对照组)(P<0.05)。结论在中医护理本科生临床小讲课中应用PBL教学法,教学效果良好,值得以后在临床护理教学工作中推广运用。
Objective To explore the PBL teaching method in Chinese medicine nursing undergraduate clinical application effect of small lectures. Methods selected 60 in 2011, Guangzhou university of Chinese medicine undergraduate internship students, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, in the process of small lectures in clinical implementation of PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively, before the end of the internship performance and the assessment of students' comprehensive skills critical thinking ability for statistical analysis. Results Both PBL teaching group( experimental group) students in the comprehensive examination results and the critical thinking ability is superior to the traditional group of students(control group)(P0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing undergraduates in clinical application of PBL teaching method in the lectures, teaching effect is good, is worth popularizing in clinical nursing teaching work after use.
