缺血性脑中风的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的研究讨论护理模式对缺血性脑中风病患急性期临床治疗的康复价值及其护理心得。方法选择缺血性脑中风急性期病患140例,随机分为治疗组70人和对照组70人。治疗组的70个人小组在基础的脑病科常规治疗的治疗基础之上采用标准化护理,对照组的70个人小组在采用基础脑病科常规治疗治疗。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为94.32%,而对照组为79.07%;两组病患的健康教育达标率比较治疗组(96.2±2.2)分,对照组(93.2±2.6)分经t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显高于对照组。结论护理是对缺血性脑中风病患急性期临床治疗有明显的康复效果的事情,是具有推广价值的。

Objective To study and discuss the nursing mode for clinical treatmentof ischemic stroke patients in the acute phase of recov-ery value and nursingexperience. Methods The acute phase of ischemic stroke patients 140 cases, randomly divided into the treatment group and 70 in the control group of 70 people. 70 people in the treatment group based on the treatment group in theconventional treat-ment based encephalopathy using standardized nursing, the control group of 70 individuals in the group with conventional encephalopathy treatment. Results The treatment group after treatment the total effective rate was 94.32%, and 79.07% in the control group; the two group health education of patients compliance rate of the treatment group is 96.2＋2.2（points）, the control group of 93.2＋2.6（points） by T test, the difference was statistically significant（ P0.05）, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of light group. Conclusion Nursing is the significant effect of rehabilitation on the clinicaltreatment of ischemic stroke patients in the acute phase of things, is a valuable.
