眩晕的辨证分型与护理

TCM Syndrome Differentiation Type and Clinical Care of Patients with Vertigo

目的探讨眩晕中医护理的临床效果。方法 96例眩晕患者根据不同的中医辨证分型进行辨证施护。结果 96例患者痊愈60例(62.5%),有效33例(34.4%),无效3例(3.1%)。结论在眩晕的治疗过程中,进行整体辨证施护,临床效果显著。

Objective To discuss the effect of TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation of vertigo. Methods 96 cases of vertigo patients were given TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation. Results 60（62.5%） patients were healed, 33（34.4%） patients were effective, 3（3.1%） patients were invalid. Conclusion TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation has remarkable effect on treating vertigo.
