少腹逐瘀颗粒配合艾灸神阙穴治疗痛经临床分析

Clinical Analysis to Treatment for Dysmenorrhea by Shaofuzhuyu Granules Combined with Shenque Acupoint Moxibustion

目的观察少腹逐瘀颗粒配合艾灸神阙穴治疗痛经的效果,为该治疗法的可行性提供理论基础与实践依据。方法将我院2013年6月—2013年12月接诊的68例痛经患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组与治疗组。对照组34例患者采取常规方式,通过口服镇痛药的方式进行治疗;治疗组34例患者采取少腹逐瘀颗粒配合艾灸神阙穴的方式进行治疗。结果两组患者疗效对比,对照组:显效17.6%,有效47.0%,总有效率70.6%;治疗组:显效70.6%,有效23.5%,总有效率94.1%,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论使用少腹逐瘀颗粒配合艾灸神阙穴治疗痛经疗效显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛症状,改善患者生存质量,适合于临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effection of Shaofuzhuyu granules with the treatment of dysmenorrhea Shenque point moxibustion,and provides the theory basis and the practice basis for the feasibility of the treatment method. Methods 68 cases of dysmenorrhea patients in our hospital in 2013 June-2013 year in December admissions as the object of study, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group of 34 patients treated by analgesics conventionally oraling. The treatment group of 34 patients treated by Shaofuzhuyu Granules combined with moxibustion in Shenque point. Results Compared the efficacy of the two groups：the control group, markedly effective in 17.6%, effective 47%, the total efficiency of 70.6%; the treatment group： markedly effective in70.6%, effective 23.5%, the total efficiency of 94.1%, the difference of the two groups was significant（ P0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The use of Shaofuzhuyu Granules combined with therapeutic effect in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with moxibustion Shenque point significantly, and can effectively relieve pain, improve the quality of life of patients, suitable for clinical application.
