中西医结合护理预防跟骨骨折内固定术后切口感染的进展研究

Study on Preventive Nursing of Incision Infection After Operation of Calcaneal Fracture Fixation Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

跟骨骨折是临床上较为常见的骨折类型,在所有跗骨骨折中,其发生率可达60%以上,成为损伤严重的骨折类型。近年来,随医学的不断发展,使科学技术与医疗技术获得极大的进步,许多全新的手术方式,开始在临床上推广使用,使许多疾病得到治疗。但是对跟骨移位性骨折进行治疗,目前临床上最有效的方式,依然是切开复位内固定术,相较于保守治疗,其疗效更为确切,能更好帮助患肢恢复功能,促进康复。但是行手术后,难免会对身体造成一定程度的损伤,术后出现并发症,最为常见的并发症主要是切口感染,可能会对患者的预后造成影响。本文主要对跟骨骨折术后的切口感染预防措施进行分析,现综述如下。

Calcaneal fracture is a kind of common factures in clinical practice. Among all kinds of tarsal bone fractures, the occurring rate of calcaneal fracture can become more than 60%, and it is also a kind of fractures that have serious damages. In the recent years, with the continuous development of medical science, science, technology and especially the medical technology also have got rapid development and a lot of new operation methods have begun to be promoted and applied in clinical practice, which can make many kinds of diseases be treated. However, as for the treatment for the calcaneal fracture, in the present clinical practice, the most effective way is still the bone fixation. Comparing with the expectant treatment, the curative effect of bone fixation is more definite and can better help the limbs to re-cover functions and promote their recovery. However, after operations, it is hard to avoid harm to bodies to a certain extent. In addition, a-mong all the complications after operation, the most common one is the incision infection, which may have effects on the prognosis of pa-tients. In the present paper, the author aims to mainly analyze the prevention measures of incision infection after the calcaneal fractures and the main contents are as following.
