摘要
临床教学秘书是教学医院进行教学管理的重要组成部分,为能完成中医学院临床见习及实习任务,确保临床教学活动的正常进行,教学秘书在临床教学管理中发挥着至关重要的作用,本文论述了教学秘书在临床教学管理中的具体职责与作用,并结合实际工作,阐述了教学秘书对提高临床教学质量的促进作用。
Clinical teaching secretary is an important part of teaching management in the teaching hospital. In order to complete the task of college of traditional Chinese medicine clinical noviciate and practice and ensure the normal conduct of clinical teaching activities,teaching secretary plays a crucial role in the management of clinical teaching. This paper discusses the specific responsibilities and role of teaching secretary in clinical teaching. Combined with the actual work, it describes the role in promoting education secretary to improve clinical teaching quality.
