中医院校信息化建设优化路径探讨

Study of Optimizing Information Technology in TCM Academy

通过对中医院校信息化建设面临的挑战及问题的分析,对中医院校信息化建设优化路径作了初步探讨。提出在今后一段时期,需要着力在做好信息化建设总体规划,建立有利于信息共享的标准化信息体系,并创建权威的评估体系,从而进一步优化中医院校的信息化建设。要做好这些工作,除各中医院校的努力外,更需要行业主管部门的牵头。特别是标准化信息体系及权威评估体系的建立,都需要行业主管部门的牵头和调控。

From the analysis of the challenges and issues faced by the TCM academy in the adoption and use of information technology, a preliminary study has been carried out and proposed that in the upcoming future, there is a need to have a well-established information technology master plan, develop a standardize information sharing enabling system and create an authoritative assessment system, so as to enable the optimizing of information creation and sharing in the TCM academy. To successfully achieve this, besides the efforts from every staff and departments, more importantly is the leadership from the various heads of department, especially the development of a standard-ize information system and authoritative assessment system will require the various heads of department to lead, coordinate and regulate.
