中医药辅助治疗改善膀胱癌术后患者生活质量的临床分析

Analysis of Quality of Life Improved in Patients with Bladder Cancer Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary

目的探析中医药辅助治疗改善膀胱癌术后患者生活质量的临床效果。方法将我院2012年3月—2013年6月期间收治的80例膀胱癌患者作为主要研究对象,随机将其分为对照和观察两个小组,其中给予对照组常规化疗方案辅助治疗,而观察组则运用复方苦参注射液联合治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果经过四周的临床治疗,观察组的WHOQOLBREF评分较高,并且相比较对照组而言,观察组出现不良反应的几率低,两组临床治疗效果差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对膀胱癌术后患者采用复方苦参注射液进行辅助治疗,治疗效果较为显著,并发症的发生率较小,有效的改善了患者的预后,提高了生活质量,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To analyze of quality of life improved in patients with bladder cancer treated with traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary. Methods Selected 80 cases of bladder cancer patients as the main research object, and randomly divided into the control and observation of two groups. The control group were given conventional chemotherapy adjuvant therapy, and the observation group were given compound Kushen injection combined with base ~reatment, carried out a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group was higher than the control group, the probability of the observation group with adverse reaction was low, the difference of clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of compound Kushen injection by post operation patients with bladder cancer, the treatment effect is more obvious, the incidence of complications is small, and can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, improve the quality of life, is worthy of application in clinical treatment.
