至圣膏配伍麝香促进高位复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合30例

Zhisheng Ointment Compatibility of Musk Promoting Wound Healing for High Complex Anal Fistula after Operation for 30 Cases

目的观察至圣膏配伍麝香外敷促进高位复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合的疗效。方法将2013年10月至2014年08月期间在我科行高位复杂性肛瘘切开挂线术治疗的患者60例。随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组用至圣膏配伍麝香涂敷创面,对照组用龙珠软膏涂敷创面,直到创面愈合。观察创面愈合时间及在术后10天、20天、30天、50天的创面愈合率。结果两组在创面愈合时间比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组在术后10天的创面愈合率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在术后20天、30天、50天的创面愈合率比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论至圣膏配伍麝香外敷可促进高位复杂性肛瘘术后创面的愈合,缩短治疗疗程。

Objective Observe effection to Zhisheng Ointment compatibility of musk promoting wound healing for high complex anal fistula after operation. Methods During the period from 2013 October to 2014 to 08 month in our department for high complex anal fistula Seton incision 60 cases. Treated patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases, 30 cases of the control group. The treatment group is treated by Zhisheng Ointment compatibility of musk coating the wound, the control group is treated by Longzhu ointment coating the wound, until the wound is healed. The time of wound healing was observed and wound on the 10 postoperative day, 20 days, 30 days, 50 days of healing rate. Results Differences in the two groups in wound healing time, all have significant statistical significance （P〈 0.01）; Two groups of 10 days after operation, wound healing rate difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Two groups of 20, 30 days, 50 days after surgery, wound healing rate had significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Most holy anointing compatibility musk external treatment can promote the healing of high complexity anal fistula postoperative wounds, shorten the treatment course of treatment.
