云南红药胶囊治疗视网膜静脉阻塞61例

Clinical Research of Yunnan Hongyao Capsule on Retinal Vein Occlusion for 61 Cases

目的评价云南红药胶囊治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法将视网膜静脉阻塞患者87例,随机分为云南红药胶囊实验组61例,复方血栓通胶囊对照组26例。分为肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀、痰瘀互结、阴虚火旺4个证型。观察用药前、用药15天、用药30天的视力、眼底、中医证候积分变化情况。结果云南红药胶囊治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疾病疗效与复方血栓通胶囊无明显差别(P>0.05);对肝肾阴虚型患者证候疗效与复方血栓通胶囊无明显差别(P>0.05);但对治疗气滞血瘀型患者证候疗效优于复方血栓通胶囊组(P<0.05)。结论云南红药胶囊对视网膜静脉阻塞气滞血瘀型证候疗效好,并可显著改善患者的中医症候。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Yunnan Hongyao capsule in retinal vein occlusion, by comparing with Fufang Xueshuan- tong capsule. Methods A randomized controlled ease study was performed including 87 patients diagnosed as retinal vein occlusion. There were 61 cases treated by Yunnan Hongyao capsule and 26 patients by Fufang Xueshuantong capsule, and divided into hepatic and renal Yin deficient＇y, Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis, syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, asthenic Yin causing excessive pyrexia four syndromes. Visual acuity, ocular fundus and TCM syndrome score were observed before treatment, medication 15 days and 30 days. Results Yunnanhongyau capsule treatment of retinal vein occlusion was no significant difference compared with Fufang Xueshuan- tong capsule （P〉0.05） , and the treatment of hepatic and renal yin deficiency retinal vein occlusion was no significant difference com- pared with Fufang Xueshuantong capsule （P〉O.05） . Yunnan Hongyao capsule shows better effect on Qi-stagnaney and blood stasis of retinal vein occlusion than Fufang Xueshuantong capsule. Conclusion Yunnanhongyao capsule is effective for theQi-stagnancy and blood stasis of retinal vein occlusion, it can significantly improve patients＇ TCM Syndromes.
