生脉饮结合ACBT对老年肺部感染咳痰无力患者咳痰能力恢复的干预效果

Effect on Shengmai Decoction Combined with ACBT on Sputum Expectoration Ability Recovery of Senile Patients with Weakness of Pulmonary Infection

目的评价生脉饮口服结合主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)对老年肺部感染咳痰无力患者咳痰能力恢复的干预效果。方法将70例老年肺部感染咳痰无力的患者随机分成两组,每组均35例。对照组采用ACBT护理干预,实验组采用生脉饮口服结合ACBT进行护理干预。结果经护理干预后与对照组比较,实验组患者咳痰能力锻炼依从性明显提高,且能在较短时间内进行自主有效的咳嗽,首次咳痰量明显增多,Sp O2明显改善,患者呼吸音及胸部X线等肺部感染情况明显改善,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用生脉饮口服结合ACBT护理干预模式,有助于提高老年肺部感染咳痰无力患者咳痰锻炼依从性,对快速恢复咳痰能力临床效果非常明显。

Objective Evaluation to effect on Shengmai decoction combined with active breathing cycle technology（ACBT） on sputum expectoration ability recovery of senile patients with weakness of pulmonary infection. Methods 70 cases of senile pulmonary infection sputum weakness were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 35 cases. The control group adopted ACBT nursing intervention,the experimental group used Shengmaiyin decoction orally ACBT combined with nursing intervention. Results After the nursing intervention compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group sputum ability exercise compliance increased significantly, and can be independent and effective coughing in a relatively short period of time, for the first time the sputum volume increased significantly,Sp O2 improved significantly, the patients breathing and chest X-ray and other pulmonary infection significantly improved, a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion By Shengmaiyin decoction orally nursing intervention model com-bined with ACBT, helps to improve the patients with sputum expectoration is unable to exercise the compliance of pulmonary infection in the elderly, very obvious to the rapid recovery clinical effect of expectoration capacity.
