小针刀配合温针法治疗肩关节周围炎48例

Treatment for Chinese Small Needle Knife Combined with Warm Needling Therapy for Scapulohumeral Periarthritis for 48 Cases

目的探讨小针刀配合温针法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将70例肩周炎患者分为治疗组48例,对照组22例。治疗组采用小针刀配合温针法,对照组采用服用布洛芬的药物治疗方法。结果治疗组的痊愈率为77.1%,显效率为20.8%,有效率为97.9%;对照组的痊愈率为22.7%,显效率为22.7%,有效率为45.4%。治疗组的痊愈率和有效率均高于对照组,经统计学处理,差异均具有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组未见任何副作用。结论小针刀配合温针法疗效显著,无任何副作用,是较理想的肩周炎治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese small needle knife therapy combined with warm needling method for treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 70 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients were divided into treatment group 48 cases,control group 22 cases. Treatment group was treated by Chinese small needle knife combined with warm needling therapy, control group with drug treatment method of taking ibuprofen. Results The curative rate of treatment group was 77.1%, markedly effective rate was20.8%, effective rate was 97.9%; the control group cure rate was 22.7%, markedly effective rate was 22.7%, effective rate was 45.4%.The cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant（ P〈0.01）.The treatment group had no any side effect. Conclusion The Chinese small needle knife combined with warm needling therapy has obvi-ous curative effect, no side effect, is an ideal method in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.
