中医诊断学是中医理论和临床实践的桥梁课程,实践性强,实训考核对实践技能的掌握尤为必要。我们经多年的尝试,采用多项、多站式的考核模式,细化操作环节,通过对两个班级的实践,取得令人满意的结果。新的实训考核模式,极大地提高了学生学习的热情,激发了竞争意识,并培养了良好的职业素养,更夯实了基础,提高了临床技能,实践证明是行之有效的。

Diagnostics of traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） is the bridge between the theory and clinical practice of TCM. Clinical practice is a very important I. So, the assessment is necessary to master the clinical skills. After years of trying, we adopts a multi-project,multi-station examination mode and detailed operation steps, we have achieved satisfactory results through the comparison of two classes.The results of study proved that the new mode of training evaluation greatly improved the students ＇ learning enthusiasm and stimulated the competition consciousness. At the same time, the new mode cultivated a good professional accomplishment. More important is to consoli-date the foundation and improve the clinical skills of students.The practice has proved to be effective.
