老年急性心肌梗死中西医结合疗效观察与护理33例

Curative Effect Observation and Nursing of Elderly Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated by Intergrated Medicine for 33 Cases

目的 观察中西医结合治疗护理老年急性心肌梗死（AMI）的临床疗效.方法 将66例患者随机分为2组,对照组和观察组各33例,对照组单纯采用西医治疗;观察组采用中西医结合治疗,同时配合心理疏导,消除诱因,调整生活方式等护理,7～10天为一疗程.结果 对照组显效19例,有效6例,无效8例,总有效率为75.7％;观察组显效24例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率为90.9％.两组总有效率比较,有明显差异性（P＜0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗护理老年急性心肌梗死疗效显著.

Objective To observe the treatment of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine nursing of senile patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） clinical curative effect. Methods 66 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group and the observation group with 33 cases in each group, the control group with simple western medicine treatment; the observation group treated by combined western and Chinese medicine, at the same time with the psychological counseling, eliminate inducement, nursing the adjustment of life style, 7~10 days as a course of treatment. Results 719 cases of control group were markedly effective 6,invalid 8,the to-tal effective rate was 75.7%; 24 cases were markedly effective, effective 6 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90.9 %. The total efficiency of two groupsof comparison, there are significant differences（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The significant effect of the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of senile patients with acute myocardial infarction.
