中药热熨法辅助治疗胃脘痛的临床护理

Clinical Nursing to Stomach Treated Auxiliary by Chinese Medicine Hot Ironing Therapy

目的探讨胃脘痛应用中药热熨法辅助治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的50例胃脘痛患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均进行对症治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药热熨法辅助治疗,并进行护理,比较两组患者的临床治疗疗效和不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效达到了96.00%,对照组临床疗效仅为64.00%,两组对比差异显著(χ2=8.901,P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为20.0%,明显低于对照组患者的8.0%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中药热熨法辅助治疗能有效提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine hot ironing method applied to stomach. Methods Select our hospital of50 patients with stomach as the research object, its were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients with symptomatic treatment, the observation group based on the given medicine hot ironing auxiliary treatment, and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group was achieved 96.00%, control group clinical curative effect is only 64.00%, significantly difference compared two groups（ χ2=8.901, P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.0 %, significantly lower than the control group 8.0% of the patients, two groups are significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine hot ironing therapy can effectively improve the clinical curative effect, and is worth promoting.
