雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节炎70例

Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatment of Tripterygium Wilfordii Medicated Liquor for 70 Cases

目的观察雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将110例RA患者随机分为2组,治疗组70例采用雷公藤药酒辨证治疗(由雷公藤、制川乌、制草乌、羌活、独活、当归、红花、全蝎、蜈蚣、川芎、杜仲等组成)口服;对照组40例服用风痛安胶囊。一个月为一疗程,连服3个疗程。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为100%和84%;两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的症状、体征及实验室检查比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Tripterygium Wilfordii Medicinal Liquor for treating rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods The 110 patients with RA were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 70 cases took Tripterygium Wilfordii Medicinal Liquor（composed by tripterygium wilfordii, polygonum multiflorum thumb, radic aconite kusnezoffii preparata, notopterygium root, radix angelicae tuhuo, Angelica sinensis, red flower, scorpio, centipede, Ligusticum wallichii and Eucommia ulmoides）. The control group of 40 cases took Fengtongan Capsules. A month is a course of treatment, and even served 3 courses. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 100% and 84%; the total efficiency of two groups is significantly different（ P〈0.05）. Significant differences in symptoms, signs and laboratory examinations of the two groups after treatment were compared（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion T Tripterygium Wilfordii Medicinal Liquor for treating rheumatoid arthritis is effective.
