中医治疗糖尿病合并高血压病40例

Chinese Medicine Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension for 40 Cases

目的探讨中医治疗糖尿病合并高血压病的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年10月—2013年10月收治的糖尿病合并高血压病患者80例,将其随机分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组患者各40例。对照组患者采取常规基础治疗联合西药降糖降压治疗措施,观察组患者采取常规基础治疗联合西药降糖降压治疗+中医辨证治疗措施。对两组患者的总有效率进行对比分析。结果观察组40例患者总有效38例,总有效率为95%;对照组40例患者总有效32例,总有效率为80%。结论在常规基础治疗联合西药治疗的基础上,对糖尿病合并高血压患者采取中医辨证治疗措施,可显著提高患者治疗的总有效率,对患者的生活质量有所改善,取得的临床疗效令人满意,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetes mellitus complicated with hy-pertension. Methods 80 cases of diabetes with hypertension disease in our hospital from 2012 Octoberto 2013 selected October were ran-domly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, each group is 40 cases of patients. A control group received the conventional treatment intergrated with western medicine taken hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment measures, the observation group received conventional treatment intergrated with western medicine hypoglycemic and antihypertensivetherapy with Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment measures. Effect were compared in two groups of patients with total. Results In the observation group, 40 patients were effective for 38 cases, the total effective rate was 95 %; 40 patients in the control group the total effective in 32 cases, the total effective rate was 80%. Conclusion Based on conventional treatment intergrated with western medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, take measures of diabetes with hypertension patients, patients with the total effective rate of treatment significantly improved, improved the quality of life of patients, achieved satisfactory clinical curative effect,worth in clinical application.
