整体平衡疗法对神经根型颈椎病β-内啡肽表达的影响

Affect to Overall Balance Therapy on Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis of Β Endorphin Expression

目的研究整体平衡疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者血浆β-内啡肽(EP)表达的影响,探讨β-EP表达水平与神经根型颈椎病疼痛的关系及作用机理。方法 将120例符合研究要求的患者随机平分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用整体平衡疗法,对照组采用常规疗法。治疗前后采用放射免疫法测定血中β-EP的表达水平。结果两组血浆β-EP含量均明显增高,并以治疗组的变化幅度较显著,与对照组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体平衡疗法能显著提高神经根型颈椎病患者血浆β-EP活性,对缓解疼痛、提高治疗效果具有重要意义。

Objective To study the effects of plasma from patients with overall balance therapy on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type beta-endorphin（β-EP） expression, and to explore the relationship and mechanism of β-EP expression level and the nerve root type cervical spondylosis pain. Methods 120 patients with were randomly divide to the research requirements into treatment group and control group, treatment group with the use of the overall balance therapy, the control group with conventional therapy. Before and after treatment were determined by radioim munoassay in expression level of blood β-EP. Results The plasma β-EP content in the two groups were significantly increased, and changes in the amplitude of the treatment group was more significant, statistically significant differences between the groups with the control（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The overall balance therapy can significantly improve the nerve root type cervical spondylosis of plasmabeta β-EP activity has important significance, to alleviate pain, improve the treatment effect.
