课堂上教师的好形象并不是与生俱来的好长相,而是包含教师的外表、内在、语言以及板书等因素在内的综合印象,是广义的、全方位的、立体的。需要教师全方位倾力打造,精心塑造,以良好形象有效调动起学生的好心情,激发出学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效果。
Good image of teachers in classroom includes their innate look, excellent language expression and beautiful writing on the blackboard. It is all-round, three-dimensional, and general. Teachers should build good image to effectively motivate the students ' good mood and to stimulate students interest in learning, finally leading to improvement on teaching effect.
