摘要
目的中医诊断学具有知识繁多、零散的特点,而大一学生对中医理论尚未深入掌握,本研究旨在使大一学生牢固掌握中医诊断的知识点,尽快建立中医临床思维。方法 在中医诊断学教学中,优化整合教材内容,并按照以下原则:1)提纲挈领,归纳原理;2)删减重复内容;3)采取图表形式;4)以表格比较异同;5)突出操作性内容。结果编写一本《中医诊断学精要》,给学生课下复习使用。并将其中内容做成题目,随堂测验。结论优化精炼教材内容给学生复习使用,作为课上讲授的辅助,使学生便于抓住要点,牢固掌握中医诊断学的知识,而且形成清晰的临床思维,为今后各科的学习奠定基础。
Objective TCM Diagnosis has knowledge of many, scattered characteristics, and freshman students with no deep understanding of Chinese medicine theory yet. This study aims to firmly grasp the knowledge points freshman TCM diagnosis, the establishment of TCM clini-cal thinking as soon as possible. Methods In traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics teaching, optimize the integration of teaching materi-als, and in accordance with the following principles: 1 focused on the vital principle of induction; 2 deletion of duplicate content; 3 take a chart; 4 to compares the similarities and differences of table; 5 prominent clinic content. Results write a book, Essentials of Chinese Diagnostics, to review the use of the next class of students. And which made the subject content, quizzes. Conclusion Optimizing refinery use teaching materials for students to review, as taught in the classroom assistance, so that students get the point easy to firmly grasp the knowl-edge of traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics, and form a clear clinical thinking, subjects lay the foundation for future learning.
