舒适护理对门诊输液患儿家属负性情绪的影响

Study on Comfortable Nursing Care for Effect on Negative Emotions of Sick Children's Parents in Outpatient Injection

目的研究舒适护理对改善门诊输液患儿家属负性情绪的影响,为提高儿科门诊护理质量提供有效信息。方法 选取2013年7月—2014年6月在我院门诊输液患儿372例,随机分为两组,对照组采用门诊常规护理模式对患儿进行输液,实验组采用舒适护理模式;观察比较两组患儿的输液配合情况、穿刺成功率、家属满意度,并利用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患儿家属心理压力水平进行测试。结果实验组患儿配合情况、穿刺成功率、家属满意度均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿家属的SCL-90因子中焦虑、躯体化、恐怖、敌对、偏执、人际关系等因子分值低于对照组。结论舒适护理能有效地提高儿科门诊输液质量,同时改善门诊输液患儿家属负性情绪效果显著,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To improve the quality of pediatric outpatien t care, the comfortable nursing care was explored to effect the par-ents＇ negative emotions in outpatient injection. Methods Totally 372 sick children in outpatient injection were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was injection by routine nursing pattern, the experimental group adopt the comfortable nursing care. Compared two groups with the injection coordination, the success rate of puncture, family satisfaction, the symptom self-assessment scale（SCL-90） was used to test the parents＇ psychological stress levels. Results The experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was sta-tistically significant（ P〈0.05）; the factors＇ score of anxiety, somatization, terror, hostility, paranoia, inter-personal relationship of SCL-90 is lower than the control group. Conclusion It is effective to improve the quality of pediatric outpatient injection with comfortable nursing care, and to improve the parents＇ negative emotional in outpatient injection remarkably, it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
