泻热通腑法灌肠治疗重症急性胰腺炎肠麻痹的护理观察

Nursing Observation to Severe Acute Pancreatitis Intestine Paralysis Treated by Enema Treatment of Purging Heat and Relaxing Bowels

目的观察重症急性胰腺炎肠麻痹应用中药灌肠治疗的护理效果。方法 选取70例重症急性胰腺炎肠麻痹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予中药灌肠治疗,同时对两组患者实施临床护理。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率97.1%,明显高于对照组患者的74.3%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的临床症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症急性胰腺炎肠麻痹应用中药灌肠治疗同时予以优质护理可显著改善患者的临床症状,提高患者治疗效果和生活质量,具有积极的临床使用价值。

Objective To observe the intestine paralysis of the application of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment for severe a-cute pancreatitis nursing effect. Methods Chosen 70 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis intestine paralysis were randomly di-vided into control group and treatment group, and each group is 35 cases. The control group is given conventional treatment, the treatment group is given Chinese medicine enema treatment, the implementation of clinical nursing in patients with two groups at the same time.Compare the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results Total effectiveness of treatment group 97.1% is significantly higher than that of control group 74.3%, to compare the differences between groups with statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）. Clinical symptoms time of treatment group is significantly shorter than that of the control group, to compare the differences between groups with statisti-cal significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intestinal paralysis used traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment for severe acute pancre-atitis and also high quality nursing care can significantly improve the patient ＇s clinical symptoms, improve patient treatment effect and quality of life, has a positive value of clinical use.
