天麻钩藤饮治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压90例

Clinical Efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Syrup in Treatment of Essential Hypertension for 90 Cases

目的评价天麻钩藤饮治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效,探讨其临床适用性。方法 病例选择从2010年5月—2013年5月于我院就诊的180例阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压患者,随机分为试验组90例和对照组90例,对照组患者采用氨氯地平治疗,试验组在此基础上加天麻钩藤饮治疗。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压变化情况,治疗前后症状积分情况,观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗前血压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组治疗后血压明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后均显著降低(P<0.05);且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.46,P<0.05),两组患者均未出现明显不良反应症状。结论天麻钩藤饮联合氨氯地平治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压效果显著,在降低血压同时可以明显改善患者的临床症状,安全可靠,适合临床长期推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Syrup in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 180 cases of essential hypertension （preponderance of yang due to deficiency of yin） were selected from May 2010 to May 2013 for treat- ment, and they were simple randomly divided into the test group of 90 cases and the control group of 90 cases, the control group were treated with ammonia amlodipine treatment, while the test group therapy plus Tianma Gouteng Syrup on this basis. Observe and record systolic and diastolic blood pressure changes, symptom scores, treatment efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results Before treatment the difference of blood pressure of two groups of patients was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） ; after treatment were significantly lower （P〈0,05） , and blood pressure of the test group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05） , the difference of symptom score before treatment was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） ; af- ter treatment were significantly lower （P〈0.05） ; and the test group was significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05） , The total efficiency of the test group was higher, the difference was statistically significant （X2=7.46, P〈0.05） , the two groups were no obvious adverse symptoms. Conclusion Tianma Gouteng Syrup in the treatment of essential hypertension is significant effect, and can sig- nificantly improve the clinical symptoms, and is safe and reliable for long-term clinical application.
