干燥综合征大涎腺受损的核素显像评价方法学

摘要 放射性核素涎腺显像通过观察系列动态图像,分析时间放射性曲线形态与评价参数变化从而对大涎腺功能受损情况作出评价。因其较理想的诊断敏感性与特异性而被广泛应用。评价的结果与患者的临床表现、涎腺造影、超声及下唇小涎腺活检结果相关。涎腺显像分层甚至对干燥综合征继发淋巴瘤的风险有预测价值。涎腺显像是干燥综合征诊断、治疗及预后评价的有效客观手段。其采用的评价手段较为丰富,现针对大涎腺功能受损的显像评价方法学进行综述。 Via analysis for series of dynamic image by visual observation,the shape pattern of time-activity curves(TAC)and the parameters changing of radionuclide salivary gland scintigraphy, we will draw some conclusion about grade damage the function of salivary gland. Salivary gland scintigraphy is widely used because of its ideal diagnostic sensitivity and specificity. There are definitely relationship between the evaluation results of salivary gland scintigraphy and clinical manifestation,contrast sialography,ultrosound and minor salivary biopsy at lower lip. Even we could prognose the probability of lymphoma by evaluation results of salivary gland scintigraphy. Salivary gland scintigraphy is an effective and objective method of diagnosis, treatment effect observation and prognosis evaluation for Sjgren's syndrome. Evaluation tools of salivary gland scintigraphy are abundant. In this paper, the evaluation methods of salivary gland scintigraphy were reviewed.
