应变、应变率显像定量评价心肌功能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着超声心动图技术的不断发展,临床在对心脏功能的研究中,迫切需要一个能够对左、右心室整体或局部心肌功能进行客观、定量评价的技术。应变及应变率是在组织多普勒基础上,经过不断发展而形成的一项新兴的技术,用来反映心肌发生变形的能力及心肌发生变形速度的指标,应变及应变率的出现成为定量评价左、右心室功能比较理想的技术,能够方便、无创且准确地提供给临床各科室较多关于心肌功能或功能障碍的信息。
