温度对翠冠梨花粉萌发及花粉管生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以翠冠梨花粉为试验材料,通过离体培养的方式,分别在15、20、25、27、30、35℃恒温条件下处理4h,研究不同温度对翠冠梨花粉萌发及花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:温度在15-27℃时,翠冠梨花粉萌发率及花粉管生长长度随着温度的升高而增加,当温度为27℃时,花粉萌发率和花粉管生长长度达到最大,分别为67.5%和235.46μm;随后随着温度的升高,花粉萌发率和花粉管生长长度减少。27℃为花粉萌发和花粉管生长的最适温度。 Effect of different temperatures on pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Cuiguan Pear were studied by vitro culture under the constant temperatures of 15 ℃ ,20 ℃-25 ℃ ,27 ℃ ,30 ℃ ,35℃ with 4 h using the Pollens of Cuiguan Pear as experimental materials. The result showed that when the temperatures were between 5- 27 ℃, the pollen germination rate and the length growth of pollen tube would increase. When the temperature was 27 ℃, the pollen germination rate was 67.5% and the length growth of pollen tube was 235.46 μm with reaching maximum. When the temperature rose continuously, the pollen germination rate and the length growth of pollen tube would decrease.
