摘要
针对高压10kV供电系统,详细介绍了链式静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)装置结构,该装置采用级联H桥逆变器模块作为主拓扑,该结构具有逆变器输出电压等级高且谐波含量少等优点。同时设计了级联H桥逆变单元参数,采用单极倍频CPS-SPWM调制技术,控制各开关器件的脉冲,实现对链式多电平STATCOM装置的控制。最后,搭建STATCOM实验样机,试验证明文章所述理论的有效性、正确性和优越性。
A cascaded static synchronous compensator ( STATCOM) for high voltage 10kV power supply system is presented in detail in this paper.Making cascaded H-bridge inverter module as the primary topology, the device has the advantages of high grade inverter output voltage with small harmonics.The cascaded H-bridge inverter unit pa-rameters are designed at the same time.Through using the unipolar double frequency CPS-SPWM modulation tech-nology to control the pulse of each switch, the cascaded multilevel STATCOM is under control.Finally, a experimen-tal prototype of STATCOM is built, and the experiment results prove the effectiveness, validity and superiority of the device described in this paper.
