摘要
对鸡冠花不同部位清除羟基自由基(·OH)能力进行分析.采用流动注射化学发光技术,用邻菲罗啉-Cu+-H2O2化学发光体系研究了鸡冠花不同部位清除·OH能力的大小.通过对测定条件的研究,得出最佳测定条件并进行实验.实验结果表明,鸡冠花不同部位均具有一定的清除·OH能力,清除能力的大小依次为鸡冠花叶、鸡冠花、鸡冠花茎.
Removed to different parts cockscomb hydroxyl radicals( ·OH) are analyzed. Using flow injection chemiluminescence technology,with its adjacent phenanthroline-Cu+-H2O2 cockscomb chemiluminescence system,Based on the research of the determination conditions,it is concluded that the best determination conditions and experiment.
