高血压前期合并糖耐量减低患者血清网膜素-1和高敏C反应蛋白变化的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究高血压前期合并糖耐量减低(IGT)患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血清网膜素-1(Omentin-1)的改变情况。方法将在该院治疗的80例高血压前期合并糖耐量减低患者设为研究组,同期治疗的73例单纯高血压前期患者设为PH组,73例单纯糖耐量减低患者设为IGT组,72例健康体检者设为对照组。对比分析各组患者空腹血糖和血压等一般资料以及hs-CRP和Omentin-1的改变情况。结果与其他各组比较,研究组Omentin-1水平降低最为明显(P<0.05)。析因分析提示Omentin-1与血糖异常及血压均不具有交互作用;但回归分析提示Omentin-1可能受餐后2 h血葡萄糖(2h PBG)及收缩压影响。研究组hs-CRP水平升高最为明显(P<0.05)。析因分析提示hs-CRP与血糖异常及血压不具有交互作用。结论高血压前期合并糖耐量减低患者早期介入血压和血糖的控制对治疗有积极的意义,Omentin-1可能通过其抑制炎症反应而发挥其对心血管疾病的保护作用。 【Objective】To study the changes of omentin-1 and hs-CRP in patients with prehypertension combined with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT). 【Methods】Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 80 cases of patients with prehypertension combined with IGT were conducted. In the same period 73 cases of patients with single prehypertension were used as PH group, 73 cases of patients with simple IGT were used as IGT group. 72 cases of normal healthy people were used as control group. The fasting blood sugar, the blood pressure, 2h PBG, BUN, Cr,hs-CRP and omentin-1 in all groups were compared and statistically analyzed. 【Results】The levels of omentin-1in study group were significantly decreased than that in other groups(P〈0.05). Factorial analysis showed that omentin-1 had no interaction with blood glucose and blood pressure, but the regression analysis showed that omentin-1 can be affected by 2 h PBG and systolic blood pressure. The levels of hs-CRP in study group were obviously increased(P〈0.05). Factorial analysis showed that hs-CRP had no interaction with other factors.【Conclusion】Prehypertension patients combined with IGT should be early intervened the blood glucose and blood pressure, and omentin-1 may play a protective role through suppression of inflammation effect on cardiovascular disease.
