摘要
以切花菊‘优香’(Chrysanthemum×morifolium‘Youxiang’)为试材,以蔗糖、柠檬酸、水杨酸、Ca Cl2和8-羟基喹啉的不同组合液为预处理液,测定5种不同组合的预处理液以及不同预处理时间(2、4 h)对‘优香’保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:5种不同组合的预处理液在增大‘优香’花径、维持切花水分平衡、延长瓶插寿命、增加清除自由基能力等方面均优于对照(蒸馏水);预处理4 h的保鲜效果优于预处理2 h;预处理B(100 mg·L-18-HQ+50 mg·L-1CIT+75 mg·L-1SA+2 g·L-1Ca Cl2+4%蔗糖)和E(100 mg·L-18-HQ+75 mg·L-1SA+2 g·L-1Ca Cl2+4%蔗糖)的保鲜效果最好。预处理的方法有利于提高‘优香’的观赏品质;使用预处理液B和E处理4 h后,‘优香’的瓶插期分别可达30、29 d。
Taking the Chrysanthemum×morifolium‘Youxiang'as test materials,and the citric acid,salicylic acid,Ca Cl2,and8-hydroxyquinoline as preservative solution,we studied the effects of different combinations of preservative solutions and different pretreatment time(2 h and 4 h) on the corolla growth,fresh weight rate,moisture equilibrium value,vase life and the SOD activity of ‘Youxiang'.The fresh-keeping effect of five combinations of preservative solutions on the flower diameter,water balance,lifetime and activities of SOD was better than the CK(distilled water).The fresh-keeping effect of 4-h pretreatment was better than that of 2-h pretreatment.The optimal preconditioning liquids for ‘Youxiang'were B(100 mg·L-18-hydroxyquinoline+50 mg·L-1citric acid+75 mg·L-1salicylic acid+2 g·L-1Ca Cl2+4% sucrose) and E(100 mg·L-18-hydroxyquinoline+75 mg·L-1salicylic acid+2 g·L-1Ca Cl2+4% sucrose).Therefore,the preconditioning method was helpful to improve the ornamental quality of ‘Youxiang',and their vase lifetime was 30 d and 29 d,respectively,after 4-h pretreatment with B and E.
