半胱胺对貉体质量及饲料利用效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选取3月龄左右、健康的仔貉120只(雌雄各半),其中30只为对照组(雌雄各半),其余90只为试验组(雌雄各半)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加经过包被处理的半胱胺盐酸盐(半胱胺有效剂量占12%),添加剂量为10、20、30 mg·kg-1。结果表明:饲料中添加20 mg·kg-1的半胱胺盐酸盐时效果最好,体增质量比对照组提高8.97%(p<0.01);饲料转化率比对照组低10.3%(p<0.01);粪便中粗蛋白和粗脂肪分别比对照组低14.32%(p<0.01)和14.23%(p>0.05)。 To study the effects of continuous use of cysteamine on growth performance and digestive metabolism on raccoons,we selected three months old,healthy young's raccoons 120(male and female half),including 30 for the control group(male and female half),and the remaining 90 for the experimental groups(male and female half).We fed control group the basal diet,and processed the experimental groups added cysteamine hydrochloride packet(effective dose of cysteamine12%) and the additive amount of 10,20,and 30 mg·kg-1.The dietary 20 mg·kg-1of cysteamine hydrochloride was best,body weight gain increased by 8.97%(p〈0.01) than the control group,the feed conversion rate was 10.3% lower than the control group(p〈0.01),and fecal crude protein and crude fat,compared with the control group,were 14.32%(p〈0.01) and 14.23%(p〉0.05) lower than those of the control group,respectively.
