摘要
研究了落叶松-青杨叶锈病菌(Melampsora larici-populina)担孢子在不同温度和不同光照条件下的萌发规律。结果表明:担孢子在10℃以下时不萌发,20℃时担孢子的萌发率最高,平均可达83.42%,25、30℃时萌发的担孢子芽管扭曲。担孢子必须经过冷冻才能获得萌发能力,担孢子芽管在黑暗中生长最好。
We studied the basidiospores germination pattern of larch-poplar leaf rust disease(Melampsora larici-populina) at different temperatures and different light conditions.The basidiospores almost didn't germinate under 10 ℃,and germinated best at 20 ℃ with the average germination rate of 83.42%.The germ tube of basidiospores become winding at 25 ℃ and 30℃.Basidiospores got the capability of germination under freezing,and the germ tube of basidiospores grow best in the dark.
