摘要
微量元素可以通过与蛋白质和核酸等生物大分子结合,参与机体的新陈代谢、氧化应激以及免疫防御等多个过程,它们摄入过多或不足都会不同程度地引起人体生理的异常或者发生疾病。近一年来,对衰老过程中微量元素作用的研究得到人们越来越多的关注。本文围绕微量元素在机体中的存在形式、参与的衰老过程以及促进或延缓衰老的机制等方面进行综述。
Trace elements are involved in various processes including body metabolism, oxidative stress and immune defense through combining with biological macromoleeules such as protein and nucleic acid which excessive or insufficient intake may induce physiological abnormalities or diseases. Effect of trace elements during aging process acquires more and more attention. This paper reviews the existence form and role of trace elements playing in aging process and mechanisms of promoting or retarding aging process.
