摘要
利用气相色谱(GC)建立了牛奶中双酚A测定的方法。试样中双酚A用无水乙醚提取,经七氟丁酰咪唑衍生,GC-电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测。方法的检出限为0.01μg/L,回收率为90.8%~95.3%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.5%.该方法的准确度和精密度均符合测定的技术要求。
The method for determing Bisphenol A in milk has been build utilizing GC-ECD technique. The Bisphenol A in milk samples were extracted with diethyletheranhydrous, it was derivatized with heptafluorobutyrylimidazole and then detected by GC-ECD. The limits of detection were 0.01μg/L. the average recoveries for The pesticides ranged from 90.8% to 95.3%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD)between 2.1% and 3.5% for all compound.The proposed method is characterized by simplicity, higher sensitivity and accuracy.
