摘要
南京明发新城金融大厦地上建筑由3组高层建筑群组成:A栋结构屋顶标高159.95m,属B级高度高层建筑;B栋结构屋顶标高99.25m,带3层裙房,核心筒两侧开大洞,屋顶带有大悬挑钢桁架连廊;C栋结构屋顶标高99.30m,平面呈十字形,凹凸不规则,B、C栋属于特别不规则超限高层建筑,超长地下室。结构设计时分别进行抗震性能化设计,对工程复杂部位采取对应抗震加强措施,保证了结构安全。
Abstract: On the ground floor, Nanjing Mingfa Metro Finance Building consists of three groups of buildings: building A with the height of 159.95m is classified level-B height high-rise building by code; building B with the height of 99.25m has three stories annex, the core tube side has opening hole, and the roof has large cantilevered steel truss corridor, the plane of building C with the height of 99.30m is in the form of a cross and uneven rules, so building B and building C belong to the high-rise building beyond code-specification,and the basement is super long. performance-based seismic designs of structure are applied correspondingly on this three groups of buildings, and the seismic fortification measures are carried out correspondingly on complicated parts of the project, the structure safety could be guaranteed.
