中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司1.8 Mt/a渣油加氢装置2012年9月27日开车一次成功。装置于2014年2月18日停工,第一周期累计运转500 d。近17个月的运行结果表明:在处理量为设计负荷110%的条件下,加氢尾油中硫质量分数小于0.5%,残炭小于5%,金属(Ni+V)质量分数小于10μg/g,为催化裂化装置提供了优质的原料,为企业大幅提高了经济效益和环境效益;催化剂平均脱硫率、脱残炭率、脱氮率和脱金属率分别达到89%,59%,41%和80%,均优于设计指标,催化剂体系表现出了良好的加氢活性和稳定性;对第一周期出现的反应器R102差压上升、高压换热器E102结垢和F101设计符合偏小等问题进行分析,为装置今后的运行提出了改进建议。
The 1. 8 MM TPY residue hydrotreating unit of SINOPEC Jingling Company was successfully started-up and put into operation on September 27,2012. The unit was shut-down for maintenance on February 18,2014 after 500 days of the initial operation. The nearly 17 months' operation shows that,in the operation at a 110% of the design capacity,the sulfur content in hydtreated tail oil is less than 0. 5%,carbon residue is lower than 5% and metal content is less than10 ppm,which fully meet the feed-stock requirements of catalytic cracking unit. As the results,both economic and environmental benefits have been improved. The catalyst's average desulfurization rate,decarbonization rate,denitrification rate and metal removal rate have reached 89%,59%,41% and 80% respectively,which are better than the design specifications. The catalyst system exhibits excellent hydrogenation activity and good stability. The differential pressure rise in the hydrotreating reactor R102,the fouling in reactor E102 and small duty design of HP heat exchanger E102 are analyzed and improvements are recommended for the future operation of the unit.
