油气脱硫溶剂集中再生系统存在的问题及对策 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司溶剂集中再生系统,对存在问题进行了分析。溶剂未进行集中再生时,两套催化裂化装置的溶剂脱硫化氢系统运行平稳,一旦出现胺液带烃,都能够及时发现,并采取措施进行调整。2012年改为全厂集中再生后,出现了频繁的富液带烃现象,造成硫磺焚烧炉超温、硫磺发黑、烟囱冒黑烟等。分析了溶剂集中再生后,酸性气频繁带烃的问题,在不能改善流程的前提下,提出了特殊情况下的调整方案,以避免酸性气大量带烃,影响装置平稳运行。 A centralized regeneration system for rich amine solution is introduced,and existing problems are analyzed. Before the application of centralized amine regeneration system,the solvent desulfurization systems for two FCC units were operating stably. When the hydrocarbon carry-over in sour gas occurred,it could be discovered and handled in a timely manner. After the revamping of the system into a centralized regeneration system in 2012,new operation problems appeared. The light hydrocarbon carry-over in rich liquid frequently occurred,leading to the black sulfur and black flue gas,etc. Through the study of the root causes of frequent hydrocarbon carry-over in rich liquid,effective measures have been proposed to minimize the hydrocarbon carry-over in sour gas which affects the normal stable operation of the unit.
