干制牡蛎营养成分提取液中重金属去除工艺的建立 被引量:2

Heavy metals removal process for the nutritional extracts of dried oysters

摘要 以干制牡蛎为原材料,采用离子交换树脂-亚胺基二乙酸型螯合树脂D-402作为主体,以离子交换法对牡蛎中重金属元素进行去除,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)和氨基酸自动分析仪测定去除前后重金属及氨基酸含量的变化。结果表明,干制牡蛎中除砷外,其他3种元素均未超标,其中Cd的去除率最高,可达86.49%,而氨基酸含量均有所降低,但牛磺酸含量提高了15.79%,为35244.50 ng/m L。 In this paper dried oysters soft tissue was used as raw materials; the amino iminodiacetic acid chelating resin was used as the main body in the ion exchange method to remove the heavy metals. TheICP and automatic amino acid analyzer were used to determine the content of heavy metals and amino acids before and after removing. The results showed that the three heavy metals not exceeded standard except arsenic. The content of Cd had the highest removal efficiency up to 86.49%, and amino acids decreased, the taurine content increased by 15.8%, up to 35244.50 ng/mL.
