摘要
目的:观察啤酒花多酚对去卵巢大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法:SD雌性大鼠,摘除双侧卵巢,手术后1周,分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组和多酚高、中、低剂量组,灌胃给药3个月。每天称进食量,每周称一次体重;试验结束后,取血和肝脏,进行血清的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的测定。结果:啤酒花多酚能显著降低去卵巢大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C值。结论:啤酒花多酚对去卵巢大鼠具有降低血脂的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of hops pomace polyphenol on lipids metabolism abnormality in ovariectomized rats. Methods: All experimental female SD rats, except the sham-group rats, bilaterial ovariectomy was performed. After one week, animals were assigned to experimental groups: sham- operated, ovx, ovx+estrogen-treated, ovx+polyphenol (high-dose, medium-dose, low-dose). Feeding rats by oral stomach tube for three months. Weighing their body weights everyweek, and calculating their food intake every day. After the end of the experiment, all rats were killed. Blood was collected, and liver were removed. The serum TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C were measured. Results: Hops pomace polyphenol could obviously reduce the contents of TG, TC and LDL-C. Conclusion: Hops polyphenol in ovariectomizedrats blood lipid metabolism has a regulatory role.
